Great to meet you!
I started my career in the mental health field in my early twenties after taking an abnormal psychology course and recognizing that I wanted to focus my energies on helping people. More specifically, I wanted to help people to see that they are more than a collection of symptoms, that their concerns deserve to be taken seriously, and that they can create a life that they thrive in. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work. I have worked in residential treatment centers, court-mandated therapy settings, community health, and generalized outpatient private practice settings. I work with ages 13+ and largely focus on treating ASD/ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and BPD, though I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, and disordered eating patterns.
