Great to meet you!

Since 2016, I’ve provided therapy to children, adolescents, and older adults in non-profit organizational settings. As of 2018, I’ve worked strictly with older adults who are/were battling long term trauma, drug and alcohol addictions, dealing with homelessness, history of psychiatric hospitalizations and/or incarcerations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Anxiety & depression manifest in various ways. You might be experiencing a lack of motivation, feeling burned out, binging on social media, or zoning out during tasks that take mental effort and time. I hope to improve those behaviors with time management, life skills, re-direction skills, & challenging negative thoughts. I will help you build a treatment plan to meet your needs & learning styles by incorporating mindfulness, relaxation skills, effective/ assertive communication, & journaling.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to enhance the way one copes by developing healthy habits, facilitate decision making and seek better emotional and social functioning to inspire feelings of satisfaction.
