Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. I work with adults and older adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Spectrum Disorders, Panic Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

My clinical background also includes complex medical care, including Solid Organ Transplant Infectious Diseases and Cardiology, which has shaped the way I understand the connection between physical health and mental health. I believe patients deserve care that looks at the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I provide care in English and Spanish

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is collaborative, thoughtful, transparent, and patient-centered. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals before discussing treatment options.

When medication is appropriate, I focus on careful medication management, clear communication, and ongoing follow-up. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and involved in your treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, respectful space where they feel heard and taken seriously. Together, we will work to better understand what you are experiencing, discuss treatment options, and build a care plan that feels realistic for your life.

My goal is for you to leave sessions with more clarity, a better understanding of your options, and a practical next step in your care.
