Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing how long you’ve been carrying so much on your own. I’m approachable, genuine, and open-minded, and I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can talk honestly about what’s really going on. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, depression, mood swings, anger, relationship conflict, life transitions, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be dealing with overthinking, irritability, low motivation, communication breakdowns, or difficulty managing emotions. I believe therapy does not have to feel cold or intimidating. When appropriate, I thoughtfully incorporate humor and perspective to make the process feel more human, grounded, and manageable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My style is rooted in a whole-person, person-centered approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your life. Together, we explore the underlying factors contributing to anxiety, depression, emotional reactivity, relationship struggles, anger, or stress-related concerns. I help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, strengthen emotional awareness, build healthier coping skills, and shift mindsets that may be keeping them stuck. Rather than focusing only on the problem, we work toward practical, strengths-based solutions that support resilience, clearer communication, and lasting personal growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and forward-moving, with enough support to help you feel grounded and enough honesty to help you keep growing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative and growth-oriented conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you want to feel different in your life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety symptoms, depression, anger, relationship challenges, burnout, or major life changes, we will begin identifying the patterns and stressors contributing to what you are experiencing. My intention is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about the direction of our work together. Personal growth is an ongoing process, and therapy can provide the tools, structure, and accountability to help you continue moving forward with more confidence, stability, and self-understanding.
