Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people heal, grow, and achieve meaningful change. I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. What drives me most is the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and reconnect with themselves. My work is inspired by a genuine appreciation for each person’s unique story, and by the transformative power of empathy, understanding, and trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, flexible, and grounded in unconditional positive regard. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through challenges such as grief, loss, abandonment, anxiety, depression, anger, relational conflicts, and parenting struggles. Together, we’ll identify barriers that may be holding you back and develop strategies that help you move forward confidently. Sometimes our work will be solution-focused and practical; other times, it may involve exploring deeper emotions or relationship patterns. No matter the path, our process will always be collaborative, respectful, and centered around your personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know one another and beginning to build a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, review confidentiality and consent, and explore what goals or changes you’d like to work toward. This initial meeting is a safe, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. My priority is to create an environment that feels calm, accepting, and supportive, where you can feel comfortable being yourself. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what your next steps toward healing and growth might look like.
