Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) providing telehealth in CA, I work with adults — especially high-achieving women — who are navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the kind of life transitions that leave you questioning everything. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after a break, I'll meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, somatic, and trauma-informed, which means we work with both your mind and body to help you feel better, not just cope better.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about one thing: getting to know you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or tell your whole story at once — we'll go at your pace. I'll ask questions to understand what's bringing you in, what's felt hard, and what you're hoping for. Together, we'll begin to identify what healing or growth actually looks like for you — whether that's relief from anxiety, working through grief, or simply feeling more like yourself again. I work to create a space that is warm, honest, and grounded — where you can say the thing you haven't been able to say anywhere else. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer sense of how I work and whether we're a good fit, because the right relationship is the foundation everything else is built on.
