Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping people realize their own creative potential and embrace their authentic selves. Each of us has our own inner wisdom. Counseling can help clients understand and acknowledge their own needs in relation to others and how to best take care of themselves.

I use a variety of methods such as creative visualization, breathwork and IFS parts work and Somatic presencing, which are based on the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions and your health.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals achieve this through the use of insight-oriented counseling, Internal Family systems to understanding life patterns and learn how to reconnect to their bodies.

What you can expect from me

Working one-on-one with a Therapist can help you get to the core of your current struggles and difficulties. We all can heal when given the right circumstances and understanding.

We know the heart is capable of growth, understanding and love. So we have an open, curious, compassionate and respectful approach.

We work to help bring the mind and body into alignment to work together for a holistic approach that helps healing unfold.
