Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Ma. Lourdes T. Soliven, LMFT. I believe that healing, growth, and change are possible for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey. I provide a warm and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life transitions. Together, we will build on your strengths, overcome obstacles, and help you move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without judgment. I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective, helping clients gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building practical tools for lasting change. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship and marital concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and attachment-focused interventions to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we will begin identifying areas of growth and develop a plan that supports your unique needs and hopes for therapy.
