Great to meet you!

My name is Mabel Aiello and I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who fosters and enhances my clients’ strength for a deeper and more meaningful healing process. In my 10+ years of experience, I have found that my talents as a therapist are highlighted with high-functioning individuals who are navigating relationship issues (family, friends, romantic), trauma, depression, and anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using CBT, I will help you recognize your worth and look forward to your future. You’ll learn to express your wants and needs in a healthy and constructive manner, set lasting boundaries with yourself and others, and chart a path forward. Together, we’ll focus on you leading a life unburdened by the stresses that once held you back from your full potential.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session is very different than the rest of the treatment sessions. During the first session, my goal is to be able to get to know you, understand where you are at today (emotionally), and will be asking a lot of questions to better understand what has affected your emotional well-being. This session is crucial in building a connection with my clients and helps me get a sense of where we should start.
