Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker and licensed therapist, I provide support to individuals navigating mental health concerns, exploring relationship and family dynamics, or moving through life transitions. I have significant experience working with women, individuals that hold marginalized identities, and those navigating chronic or life-altering medical conditions but am equally passionate about working with people of all backgrounds and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in person-in-environment and trauma-informed perspectives, allowing me to consider both individual experiences and the broader context shaping each client’s well-being. I believe the client–therapist relationship is central to meaningful work, and I am committed to earning your trust and creating a supportive, respectful space.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you, learn about your experiences, and understand how I can support you in working toward your goals. In our ongoing work together, I encourage you to guide the direction of our sessions so we can focus on what feels most important to you.
