Great to meet you!

Making the decision to start the healing journey can be both scary and difficult, yet more importantly it can be the bravest first step to take when you want to take charge of your life. I take special pride in working in mental health care and being a support to people navigating the challenges and issues affecting their daily life. My approach is trauma informed focused on healing and empowering people through recognizing your strengths to help you achieve emotional and mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is based on holistic and strengths focused approach, meeting people where they are and learning new skills to tap on their individual needs. I value everyone I work with and believe that therapy is an active collaborative process between clinician and client.

I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models to meet your needs and support the healing process as best as possible.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we'll dedicate time to get to know you, what brings you to treatment, identify your strengths and goals to develop the best therapeutic plan for you. We will work together on learning or improving coping skills and living your dreams and goals as an empowered and happy individual.

Thank you for checking out my profile and I invite to contact me if you're interested in working together.
