Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe that good mental health is essential to overall well-being, and I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns. I meet each person where they are, taking the time to understand their experiences, challenges, and goals. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns, helping them develop healthy coping strategies and work toward meaningful change. My approach is personalized and compassionate, recognizing that every client’s journey is unique. My goal is for each person to feel heard, understood, and supported, leaving each session with greater clarity, renewed hope, and the confidence to move forward at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is centered on understanding each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals while building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe clients should be active participants in their treatment and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their mental health. I remain open-minded and flexible in exploring treatment approaches that best support each individual’s needs. My goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected, heard, and supported as they work toward healing, personal growth, and improved mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will listen with genuine curiosity and compassion as you share your story, concerns, and goals for treatment. We will explore your mental health history, current challenges, and individual needs to help develop a personalized plan of care. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and taking the first steps toward improved mental well-being. Your journey is unique, and we will work together at a pace that feels right for you.
