Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and more than a decade as a therapist, I draw from several different modalities and perspectives to collaborate with clients on building a pathway towards a life worth living and supporting them to take measurable steps to improve their mood and emotions.

My approach to therapy

Personal, collaborative, supportive, positive, strengths-based, and effective.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will complete a diagnostic assessment to identify possible evidence-based practices that may be beneficial in building a treatment plan. We will then spend some time learning about each other and making sure we would be a good fit before pursuing long-term care options.
