Great to meet you!
With over 5 years of experience, I have worked with adolescents (ages 5-17), adults, and families, specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, trauma, and grief. My diverse background includes roles in community youth programs, child welfare social service agencies, retirement communities, and immigrant and refugee support programs, equipping me with a broad understanding of various life challenges and the resilience required to overcome them.
I specialize in working with adults providing focused care in areas such as anxiety, stress management, life transitions, grief and executive functioning. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including but not limited to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
