Great to meet you!

With over 5 years of experience, I have worked with adolescents (ages 5-17), adults, and families, specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, trauma, and grief. My diverse background includes roles in community youth programs, child welfare social service agencies, retirement communities, and immigrant and refugee support programs, equipping me with a broad understanding of various life challenges and the resilience required to overcome them.

I specialize in working with adults providing focused care in areas such as anxiety, stress management, life transitions, grief and executive functioning. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including but not limited to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

My approach to therapy

I approach each therapeutic relationship differently to meet each of my client's where they are in their journey. With this in mind, I like to bring an air of open-mindedness, collaboration, and empowerment to each of my sessions. Ultimately, my clients are the one's in the driver seat and I am there to help support and guide along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling empowered to face existing challenges and supported in their experiences. Together, we’ll work to identify practical tools and coping strategies they can apply right away, while also creating space for reflection, validation, and personal growth. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment so clients feel heard, understood, and equipped to make meaningful changes between sessions.
