Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is MacDana Seleçon, DNP, PMHNP-BC. I received my doctorate at the University of San Francisco and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am a passionate advocate for mental health, a motivational speaker, and an educator.

My approach to therapy

My style is simple, ask questions and listen well. I partner with clients to design a holistic approach that supports their personal mental health goals. Clients are provided with easy-to-understand information about their current state and agreed treatment plan during each session. I create a safe space to share, discover, and grow.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a handful of questions to get to know your history and current concerns. An evidence-based treatment plan will be designed to meet your goals. The plan and alternative options will be shared with you. If you agree to move forward, we will continue to pursue your mental health goals.
