Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of mental health experience and a special focus on women’s mental health and wellness. I support women navigating pregnancy and postpartum, infertility and pregnancy loss, perimenopause and menopause, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, empowering, and holistic, helping women understand the connection between their emotions, experiences, relationships, and nervous system. Together, we work toward emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, healing relational wounds, and building a stronger sense of self.

For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian faith-integrated therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and rooted in compassion and healing at the core.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on creating an environment where you can show up as you are. You do not need to have the "right words" or a clear plan. We move at your pace.
