Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a professional counselor who’s passionate about helping people grow through a warm, person-centered approach. I graduated with high distinction from Liberty University and have attained training in crisis intervention, OCD, attachment-based therapy, and Christian counseling. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and valued. Nothing inspires me more than watching clients discover their strength and take meaningful steps forward.

My approach to therapy

I see us as partners on a journey—walking together with compassion and authenticity, rather than following a cold, clinical model. I deeply value multiculturalism and strive to create a space where every aspect of your identity is respected and welcomed. I also enjoy incorporating creativity through art, play, or other expressive tools when it is beneficial to my clients.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a warm, friendly space where feeling comfortable is a priority. We’ll work together to set goals that are based on your unique needs—nothing one-size-fits-all. These goals are realistic and attainable, and once they're in place, we’ll roll up our sleeves and put in the work to reach them side by side.
