Great to meet you!

For over a decade, I have helped hundreds of people overcome stuck points: addiction, depression, anger, anxiety, relationships, PTSD and clarity and purpose.

I offer a very practical approach to counseling with a focus of achieving results fast as possible so you can start living.

I come from the position "I've been there, fail that too!" Along the way, I learned how to get through it and I can help you get through it as well.

I only work with people that are ready to work for their peace.

My approach to therapy

I am goal-oriented. I believe nobody wants to be in counseling for a long time. Therefore, we would become very clear on the underlying issues, goals and expectations so we can create a real plan of action.

What you can expect from me

A deeper understanding and a road-map based on your needs. Additionally, expect straight-forwardness, honesty and concern for your outcome.
