Great to meet you!

Do you feel like your brain gets highjacked at times, leaving you feeling disconnected or frustrated? And no matter how hard you try it seem you'll never get it right? It's very frustrating when our brains won't work like we want them to. I'd love to help you carry that burden while we work together to explore underlying causes and work toward healing. I aim to create a space free of judgment allowing you to feel supported, heard, and seen as we explore your concerns and fears.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a soft and direct approach to therapy establishing emotional safety through finding a balance in where you are at, meeting you there and beginning to work on the 'hard spots'. I take an emotional (EFT), trauma informed, and person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be within your comfort level during therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. We will start with rapport building as I want to know what life is like through your eyes! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are giving up their past to someone they don't know. I believe in a trust-based relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable. Most clients tell me they feel relief, lighter, and more hopeful after the first session.
