Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mackenna. I help teens and young adults navigate life transitions with less anxiety and more confidence. If you feel stuck in never-ending thoughts, overwhelmed by your to-do list, or unsure how to manage big emotions, I offer a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and build tools that actually help. Together, we’ll work on practical coping skills you can use in everyday life so you feel more prepared when stress shows up and more able to move through challenges with clarity, self-trust, and a greater sense of joy and balance. My hope is that therapy feels grounding, encouraging and useful outside the session too.

My approach to therapy

I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, school stress, relationship challenges and overwhelming body signals or thoughts. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-love and feel more confident advocating for your needs. We may practice setting boundaries, defining fears and healthier ways to respond to stress.

What you can expect from me

I’m especially passionate about supporting ADHD and sensitive individuals as they learn to make choices that feel authentic and aligned. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in CBT, somatic therapy, problem-solving therapy, trauma-informed care, and behavioral strategies. In our first session, we’ll clarify your goals.
