Hi there! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but it's kind of a dated name for my license. Basically, I see therapy (and the world) in regard to relationships -- whether that is the relationship with ourselves, our partners, family, coworkers, and so on. I try to make therapy non-threatening, we can work together to figure out what is best for you. It is already hard enough to reach out -- I don't want to make it harder for you as a client! I look forward to hearing from you!

I have a lot of history in trauma based approaches, specifically EMDR and TF-CBT. However, I work to figure out what other various modalities would work best with the client.

I like to think of therapy as having a general trajectory. I think that we need specific goals, but if that is all we are working towards it might negate the other nuggets of progress we uncover as we do the work!
