Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage & family therapist committed to empowering individuals, couples, and families in their process to find healing and growth. I believe that YOU have the power to change your circumstances, you just may need a little help accessing it. I am here to help you feel capable to manage all that life hands you and to achieve your fullest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a collaborative perspective. We each have different pieces of the puzzle and together we can get the whole picture. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults along with their families. I will be here for you for whatever you need through the therapeutic process, whether that's a place to cry and process or a place to celebrate the progress you're making.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave sessions feeling that you've worked hard on your goals and that someone was there to support you and understand you. Therapy is not an easy process, but my hope is that even when the process is hard work, it's also invigorating, like a good mental workout!
