Great to meet you!

Since beginning my career in the mental health and substance use field over ten years ago, I've worked with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own experiences, challenges, and goals. One thing I've learned along the way is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, recovery, or personal growth.

Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, emergency psychiatric services, community mental health, substance use treatment, and police-based behavioral health programs. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the complexities of life and the importance of approaching every person with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is open-minded, down-to-earth, and judgment-free. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, whether you're ready to make big changes, just beginning to explore what's going on in your life, or simply need a space to talk things through. You don't need to have everything figured out before walking through the door.

I value honesty, authenticity, and a little humor when appropriate. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating, overly clinical, or like you're being told what to do. I see counseling as a collaborative process where we work together to identify what matters to you, navigate challenges, and find realistic ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

My goal is simple: to create a space where you can show up as yourself, feel comfortable being honest, and know that you won't be judged. Wherever you're starting from, we'll take it from there, together.
