Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training as a Nationally Certified Counselor and specialized certification in Clinical Complex Trauma. My clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric and psychological conditions, including personality disorders, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I bring extensive experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as in the facilitation of group therapy, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of varying levels of care and treatment modalities. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and the thoughtful integration of interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

I am dedicated to promoting client well-being through ethical, professional, and effective counseling services, with the goal of fostering resilience, supporting recovery, and enhancing overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by evidence-based practices. I integrate a variety of interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am deeply committed to ethical practice and to fostering an environment of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and understanding. By combining structured, research-based methods with a compassionate and client-centered perspective, I strive to support individuals in achieving resilience, personal growth, and lasting change.
