I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and attained my masters for California State University, Long Beach. I have experience working with people from ages 3-75 years old. I currently am focusing my work on teenagers and adults with anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD.

My approach is warm, welcoming and tailored to your pace and goals. I focus on using dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and using a holistic lens to create long-term behavioral change that feels meaningful to you.
