Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and relationships. I'm LGBTQIA+-affirming and passionate about supporting people who are figuring out who they are; whether that's managing panic, untangling social dynamics, or simply learning to live with less overwhelm. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, and believe that therapy should be adapted to fit the individual, not the other way around.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe the most meaningful progress happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what’s really going on. In our work together, I’ll meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize patterns, build practical coping skills, and take steps toward the life you want to create. I value authenticity and strive to create a space where you can laugh, cry, ask difficult questions, and be yourself without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy. My hope is that from our very first session, you’ll feel like you’re talking with someone who genuinely cares, listens without judgment, and believes in your ability to grow, even if you don’t quite believe it yet. We'll spend our first session getting to know each other. I want to understand what's going on, what you want to feel differently, and what working together could look like. A first session is just an honest conversation to see if we're the right fit.
