Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thank you for taking this courageous first step toward finding a therapist. Beginning therapy can feel daunting—whether you’re wondering if it will be the right fit or questioning your own capacity for growth and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, specializing in supporting individuals who feel stuck, lost, confused, or emotionally hurt. Through developing greater awareness of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns, I believe meaningful change is possible. With increased clarity and self-awareness, we can work together to transform the way you relate to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I work from a psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective, with a strong emphasis on building a safe, collaborative relationship. I believe meaningful change happens within connection, and together we explore patterns that may be showing up in your relationships and within yourself—patterns that can make it hard to live and love in the ways you want. Cultivation of curiosity is central to my work, and I invite us to make space for thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may not have felt safe or possible to share before.

I have specialized experience working with complex relational trauma, ADHD, and perinatal mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to hear your story—what has shaped you and what has brought you to this moment. It is important to me to provide you with a compassionate, non-judgmental environment that focuses on authenticity, encourages meaning-making, includes a dose of humor, and facilitates the change you wish to see in your life.
