Great to meet you!

Young adulthood is a time of transition, decision, and growth that can often feel stressful. I specialize in working with young adults and college students, particularly pertaining to stress management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal problems. I have experience in outpatient clinics and in educational settings spanning from elementary school through college that has prepared me to work with a diverse range of people and concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is warm and engaging. I will encourage you to challenge your thinking patterns, and explore your feelings and motivations. I draw from evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches while being attentive to your unique experiences, identities, and culture.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create an environment that feels safe and collaborative. Sessions often involve building skills and insight to better understand and manage your concerns.
