Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, life transitions, and questions about meaning or purpose. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you as an individual. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also making meaningful changes in everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on what matters to you and what can help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in the idea that therapy should fit the person—not the other way around. I draw primarily from existential therapy and logotherapy, helping clients explore meaning, values, choices, and the challenges they face while also focusing on practical changes in everyday life. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where they are going. Together, we’ll work to understand what is happening and find a way forward that makes sense for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been going on, what you hope to get from therapy, and what you would like to work toward. My style is conversational and collaborative, so you can expect questions, curiosity, and space to think things through. By the end, we’ll have a clearer sense of where you are and where we might go from there.
