Mackenzie Phelps

Hi there, I'm so happy that you reached out for support. I am Mackenzie Phelps, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I provide a supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being. I work with individuals ages 12+. I obtained my MSW through Simmons University and have worked in a variety of settings including crisis intervention services, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, and substance use programs.

I believe seeking mental health treatment is a sign of strength. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My therapy style blends evidence-based techniques like CBT & DBT with an empathetic and strengths based approach to encourage skill development and growth.

I offer free 15 minute consultation prior to first session.

My first session with you will include an assessment that allows us both to gain insight into why you're seeking therapy and identify mutual goals to help you move forward.
