I am able to take many different approaches to give my clients the partnership that they need. I am a primarily directive based clinician that will work on holding my clients accountable to working towards their goals and changes that they want or need to make to allow them to have successful and complete lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive but directive partnership where accountability and growth are central. I work alongside clients to help them identify the changes they want or need to make, while holding them accountable in a compassionate and structured way. Sessions focus on building insight, developing practical tools, and creating strategies that support long-term success in recovery, relationships, and overall well-being.
