Great to meet you!

Hey there! I am so glad you are here. I'm a licensed clinical social worker that received my masters in social worker from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana. I have a background in working with adults with anxiety, depression, LGBTQA+, veterans and military families and substance dependency.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to aid each person in their journey, helping them find their own power, happiness, resiliency, and inner strength. Together, we can navigate the challenges you are facing and work towards your path to healing to help you learn how to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, identify how to draw on your strengths to make positive changes.

What you can expect from me

For our first session my goal is to make sure you feel heard and comfortable. Deciding to start therapy is a brave, difficult decision! You may find you are in a situation where you feel like you are stuck, or are navigating some of the most difficult times of your life. Having the experience of being listened to, of being validated, and being supported can be the beginning of the process of healing.
