Great to meet you!

My specialty is helping adults and teens who are experiencing major changes or obstacles at different stages in their life. This may include (but is not limited to) grief & loss, trauma, relationship issues, identity crisis, parenthood, marriage, family issues, and transitions with school. I am dually licensed in Texas and West Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I provide virtual adult and adolescent individual counseling services to clients living in Texas and West Virginia.

My approach to therapy

Through therapy, I help individuals process their feelings and discover what they need to make positive change. Therapy is a joint venture where you as the client will be in control of what you want to work on and change in therapy. My role as your therapist will be to listen, facilitate our session and support changes you want to make. My approach to therapy is authentic and purposeful to help you feel heard, increase self-awareness and focus on the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental space where they can work through their emotions and difficult situations. Before committing to therapy, I invite clients to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation. This allows us to discuss their specific needs and address any questions they may have about the therapeutic process. Once a consultation request is made through Headway, I will respond within 48 business hours.
