Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who works with adults struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and women’s and men’s specific concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure where to start—and that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives. This allows us to address symptoms in the present while also gaining insight into long-standing patterns that may be holding you back.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I help clients explore both the why behind their struggles and the how of making meaningful changes in daily life. Sessions often focus on building practical skills while also understanding deeper emotional patterns and life experiences that influence current challenges.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself-messy thoughts, mixed feelings, and all. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. It can be a place to slow down, reflect, and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
