Great to meet you!

As a relational and somatic therapist, I believe that healing begins with trust—the kind built through genuine connection, safety, and presence. The relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of my work, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I’m not one to look for quick fixes or surface-level solutions. My focus is on getting to the core of what’s going on—working through past wounds, limiting patterns, and stuck emotions to help you come back home to yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I'm here to walk with you—not to “fix” you, but to support your return to who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the understanding that our bodies hold deep wisdom. Often, the things we struggle with mentally and emotionally also live in our nervous systems. By learning to listen to the messages our bodies are sending us, we open the door to profound healing. My work integrates somatic practices and trauma-informed care to help you reconnect with your body, uncover the roots of your pain, and move toward lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown—which can be a little intimidating (and honestly, a bit awkward). That’s why our first session is all about easing in gently, with no pressure to bare your soul right away.

We’ll take some time to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions about your history, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping for in therapy. There are no wrong answers, no need to have a perfect story, and definitely no need to “have it all together.”

I try not to take myself too seriously, and I invite you to show up just as you are—anxious, curious, tired, skeptical, hopeful, or somewhere in between. Therapy is meaningful work, but it doesn’t have to be heavy every second. Humor has its place here too—sometimes it’s how we survive the hard stuff.

This first session is really about connection. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll keep going from there, at a pace that feels right for you.
