Great to meet you!

Through a supportive, authentic, and unconditional therapeutic relationship, I will join you in a process of curiosity and compassion as we explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I will honor your complexity and accompany you at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

Beginning therapy, wherever you are on your healing journey, is challenging and brave work. I draw on person-centered psychotherapy and methods of mindfulness, internal family systems therapy, and art therapy to help you become attuned to your emotions, body, and authentic self. I’m committed to helping you process your family and generational history, and explore how systems of oppression may impact your story. Wherever you are on your journey, I am honored to meet you there.

What you can expect from me

My goal for each session is for clients to walk a way feeling seen, heard, and valued. I want to spark curiosity in you, help you gain a shift in perspective, and increase compassion.
