Great to meet you!

I entered the field of mental health with an extensive background teaching therapeutic yoga. My transition from yoga to mental health was born out of my desire to provide deeper and more comprehensive support. I currently work with adults managing anxiety, depression and difficulty finding peace, joy and purpose. Specialty populations include women managing breast cancer and those whose lives have been affected by cancer.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is holistic. I am interested in exploring your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self. I view my role as facilitator in deepening awareness of what is happening right now, and illuminating possibilities for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

All of us face times when we feel overwhelmed by life’s demands. I can help you navigate your path back toward your natural state of balance and resilience. Guided by compassion, respect and integrity I welcome you into our shared experience. Together we will discover the depth of your potential to know, love and heal yourself.
