Great to meet you!
I’m a therapist who believes you are more than the symptoms, diagnoses, or stories that may have brought you to therapy. My work is especially informed by trauma, neurodivergence, faith and identity questions, relationships, and the ways our experiences live in the body. I’m curious about the deeper questions underneath what hurts and interested in helping you develop a relationship with yourself that feels more compassionate, honest, and whole. Beyond the therapy room, I love to read, write, and experiment with collective practices of healing rooted in justice, creativity, and belonging.
