Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting clients throughout the perinatal period, including pregnancy and postpartum, and have extensive experience working with women across different stages of life. I understand that reproductive and maternal health can bring unique emotional challenges, and I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel comfortable discussing experiences that can often feel difficult or isolating. My experience includes working with concerns such as PMDD, infertility, pregnancy loss and miscarriage, as well as the emotional changes that can accompany pregnancy and postpartum.

I also have experience and specialized training in working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 18–24. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood, including changes in identity, relationships, independence, school, career, and other new responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

When I work with you, I am not only listening to your story, I am learning about you in depth. I consider and assess for neurodivergence, attachment style, overall context, and trauma. I am paying attention to patterns of behavior and thinking and giving you feedback when you want it. I use what I call a flexible structured session. I utilize tools and exercises to help you work toward your goals and treatment plan, and I can pivot as needed as you make progress or as other more urgent needs come up.

What you can expect from me

Whatever you may be working through, you deserve the opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, even when mental health challenges make that feel difficult. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I am here to offer support, guidance, and the knowledge I have gained throughout my experience to help you better understand yourself and create positive changes that can last well beyond our time together.

Whether you are just beginning to recognize that you need support or have been struggling for some time, there is no “right” time to begin therapy. It is never too early or too late to prioritize your well-being and receive the care you deserve. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop tools for navigating challenges, and work toward a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling.
