Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and have a particular passion for working with the littlest of clients. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and nonjudgmental space to share their experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create an environment that facilitates comfortability, unconditional positive regard, empathy, authenticity, honesty, and laughter. Being seen, heard, and validated are powerful pieces to the healing process. I take a person-centered approach, while incorporating mindfulness and somatic work/understanding.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope during and in between sessions, is that you will feel validated in your experiences and feelings, that I can offer tools that foster desired changes and healing, and that you feel safe to be authentically you.
