Great to meet you!

Struggling to maintain your well-being and perform at a high level in your career, sport, or performance arena?

As a licensed clinical and performance psychologist, many of my clients are disciplined and outwardly successful, yet notice confidence waver, overthinking increase, or pressure take a toll when stakes are high.

My practice was created with the purpose of helping professionals and athletes gain control of their thoughts, emotions, and behavior so they can execute under pressure without sacrificing life beyond their role. I’ve had the privilege of working in Division I athletics, with National Team staff and athletes, and alongside high-achieving professionals in the community. I combine these experiences with research-backed clinical and performance science to tailor our work together to your specific needs.

I work with adolescents and adults on areas such as general well-being, burnout, performance, life adjustments, anxiety, depression, injury rehabilitation, interpersonal relationships, and healthy routines.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates performance psychology and mental health care. We focus on building mental skills that enhance confidence, focus, and consistency while also supporting emotional health and identity. In my experience, high performance and well-being are not separate goals; they are deeply interconnected.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and individualized to focus on the whole healthy person. Together, we work to help your mind support your performance rather than interfere with it, so you can perform with clarity, confidence, and sustainability over time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will allow me to get to know more about who you are and what is bringing you in. The more I can understand who you are as a whole person, the better I can help. We'll collaborate to set goals that fit your needs and begin to outline a roadmap to give you hope for change.
