Great to meet you!

Hi there, I go by Maddy and I've been working in the field for about 3 years helping clients at the worst points of their lives find a sense of relief from their suffering. I work with a diverse range of clients, ideally those who have a very loud inner critic, want to be more outspoken and advocate for themselves, and those who feel that they aren't cut out for this weird thing called life. I have a particular affinity towards anyone experiencing the above with the added layer of AuDHD. If any of the above speaks to you, please reach out and schedule an intake appointment.

What you can expect from me

Consistently research has found two of the biggest indicators of success in psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship and shared goals. In our first session, and probably a few after that, we are going to work on building said relationship, getting to know you, getting to know my practice, coming up with goals that make sense for you, and establishing trust and safety in our sessions.
