Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & have been practicing for about 13 years. My work with children, adolescents, and families spans both clinical and school settings, giving me a firsthand understanding of how challenges can show up differently at home, in the classroom, and with peers.
I specialize in supporting young people with anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, school avoidance, grief, trauma, and family transitions. I also work with adults who want support in their parenting roles, especially when they feel caught between accommodating a child’s distress and holding necessary boundaries.
My approach is warm, direct, and practical. Together, we look beyond the behavior to understand what is driving it, then build skills and responses that can work in everyday life. I want young people to feel understood rather than defined by their hardest moments, and parents to leave with more clarity and confidence about how to help.
