Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with individuals and couples from age 5 to age 65.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults, helping clients navigate life’s difficulties with greater resilience, self-understanding, and balance. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based practices, which offer powerful tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and building healthier thought patterns.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, or simply adjusting to a major life change, I work collaboratively with you to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can occur. I focus on deepening self-awareness and helping clients move toward their goals with clarity and purpose.

I recognize that each person’s path is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it's about helping you reconnect with yourself and discover new ways to cope, grow, and thrive. If you're ready to begin the journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. :)

What you can expect from me

During an initial session, I use a collaborative approach to get a better understanding of the reason for attending counseling, experienced symptoms, and treatment goals. I look forward to meeting you!
