Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Madelene Roserie-Hargrove, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, mindset coach, wife and a mom based in Lakeland, FL. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you build a more connected and empowered life. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, emotional overwhelming and spiritual struggles, and I aim to create a safe space where your story is honored and your goals are central. My goal is to support you with tools and insight that help you move through challenges and toward growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), faith-based principles, and a client-centered, trauma-informed lens. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported—so I work to create a space where you can show up authentically and explore what’s holding you back without judgment. We’ll identify thought patterns, emotional wounds, and life experiences that are shaping your current challenges, and we’ll build practical tools to move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

For clients who desire it, I incorporate spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process—honoring faith as a source of strength, identity, and purpose. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I aim to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and the deep belief that you already have within you the strength to heal.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to gain practical tools, emotional insight, and a stronger sense of self-awareness and resilience. We'll work together to identify thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, and replace them with healthier, more empowering alternatives using evidence-based CBT strategies.

For those who value spiritual integration, you’ll also be encouraged to explore how your faith and personal values can serve as sources of strength and clarity. Sessions are collaborative and trauma-informed, meaning your pace, voice, and safety always come first.

Over time, clients often report feeling more emotionally grounded, more confident in making decisions, and better equipped to set boundaries, manage stress, and navigate life’s challenges with greater peace and purpose.
