Great to meet you!

I’m a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care for adults throughout Utah via telehealth. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is influenced by the whole person—including biology, life experiences, relationships, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other complex mental health challenges. I take an open-minded, collaborative approach to treatment and believe in looking beyond symptoms to better understand the root causes and create a plan that feels meaningful and sustainable for each person.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, individualized approach to mental health care, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I believe effective treatment goes beyond simply managing symptoms, so I work with clients to explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to their concerns while considering the whole person—mind, body, experiences, relationships, and lifestyle. My style is warm, open-minded, and curious, while still grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care. I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more complex or treatment-resistant mental health concerns, and I tailor treatment to each person's needs, goals, and preferences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a deeper understanding of what you’re experiencing and what you hope to change. We’ll talk about your current concerns, mental health history, life experiences, and other factors that may be contributing to how you’re feeling, while also identifying your strengths and goals. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can be open and honest and feel genuinely heard. By the end of the session, we’ll work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, therapy recommendations, or other supportive approaches, with clear goals to guide your care moving forward.
