Great to meet you!

I’m a Master’s-level social worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with evidence-based, compassionate care. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Utah.

My clinical experience spans community mental health, nonprofit settings, residential treatment, and group practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective in supporting diverse populations across different levels of care.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also have a focused interest in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and early parenthood.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
