My goal is to cultivate a judgement free safe space where important dialogue about healthy mental health and emotional health can be had. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, strength-based, respectful and empowering. I draw from a combination of various therapy modalities, tailored to your individual desires and goals.

I work with children, adults, couples and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues and a number of other stressors and concerns that individuals may face. I offer in person and telehealth sessions.
