Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling drained, disconnected from yourself and others, or bogged down by the past, you might be carrying the weight of anxiety and trauma. Maybe you know what you need to change, but you just can’t find the motivation. Maybe you don’t even know where to start, but you know you’re sick of feeling stuck. Maybe you’re even seeing how this heaviness is interfering with your relationships.

If that sounds like you, I’m here to help. I believe you were meant to live a full life; one free of anxiety and full of purpose and connection.

My approach to therapy

I help adults who struggle with anxiety learn how to quiet the mind, heal from the past, and build healthy relationships. I provide virtual therapy for individuals using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, emotion regulation techniques, and Christian counseling if desired.
