Great to meet you!

My practice specializes in working with women and non-binary folks as they navigate challenges associated with the reproductive years. I work with individuals and couples to offer support through a variety of issues including miscarriage, pregnancy and postpartum, and transition to parenthood and associated challenges. I am Perinatal Mental Health-Certified and have completed specific training in evidence-based treatments for pregnancy and postpartum related challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I create a tailored approach by using a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and supportive psychotherapy based on what the individual client needs. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. I love welcoming humor into the therapeutic space where appropriate and I approach all clients with curiosity and respect.

What you can expect from our first session

Creating therapy goals with a client is a collaborative experience. As your therapist, I will share what I think will be helpful based on my training and experience, but my priority is to learn what you want from this process. I like to ask my clients: "If therapy worked, what would be different about your life?"
